Aromatherapy is not just psychological. It's therapeutic plant medicine (phytomedicine) that can deliver concentrated, powerful, life changing effects.
Back to the garden.
When my path led me to my first bottle of incredible essential oils many years ago, I never imagined the far-reaching and enduring love affair with the aromatic heart and soul of plants that would rapidly ensue.
This relationship with aromatherapy has effectively supported my own healing process as well as those of my healing practice clients with rapid success. I'd like to share this discovery with you. That's why I have developed my own line of aromatherapy products, which I am now offering to you through mail order direct prices.
The products, and the education, I'm sharing with you here are a reflection of my commitment to bringing us closer to nature -- particularly all the trees, flowers and herbs of the planet -- once again. For it's the plant kingdom that gives us the oxygen we breathe. Bringing these special elements back into our lives in a more holistic, integrated way is now more important than ever for healing.
Plant an herb, plant a flower, plant a tree!
Love our precious earth.

How does aromatherapy work?
Plants release powerful natural essences into the air called essential oils. When we breathe in an essence, we breathe in "phytochemicals," which have powerful biochemical healing properties. These phytochemicals are then inhaled into our lungs (where they can clear and open the lungs and bronchi), and passed into the bloodstream, where they can be delivered where needed. When inhaled, they also break the "blood-brain barrier," delivering mind and mood altering chemicals to the brain.
By breathing in the vapors of live essential oils, we take a direct and immediate aromatic path to healing and transformation of body, mind and spirit.
We have a synergistic relationship with plants that goes beyond the oxygen/carbon dioxide exchange. That is the basis of aromatherapy.
